This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated on a quiet street just off the promenade, it was within steps of the seafront. It provided the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic. Their service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff members always at hand. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with nice bathrooms and a lovely ceiling fan to keep cool in the summer heat. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a lovely variety of options. this hotel had everything you needed for a pleasant stay in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during New Year's. The spacious and stylish room was so nice. The comfortable bed and nice toiletries made our stay even better. The location, near the seafront but away from the busy areas, was perfect. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach and explore the nearby attractions. the Sunday roast at the hotel's restaurant was amazing. The generous portions and delicious food made it the best Sunday roast we've ever had!

Couldn't stay longer.

I had a lovely stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and I enjoyed the selection of tea and coffee provided. The breakfast was delicious, and the shower in the bathroom was fantastic. The bar had a friendly atmosphere and served great food. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a bustling city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - just steps away from the seafront, yet tucked away on a quiet street. It was also directly above a lively pub, which added to the vibrant atmosphere. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms themselves were full of Brighton character, especially the bar on the top floor. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing - just what we needed after a busy day exploring. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It was generous and made from quality products. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

We loved the boutique style, great location, scented toiletries, and breakfast tray delivery. The exemplary service stood out, catering to special requests and dietary needs. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just off the promenade and right in front of the seafront. It was really near the seafront but on the quieter residential part of the town, I had a quiet night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was great. The breakfast provided was delicious and cooked to perfection.

Nothing could have been better.
